Daniel’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate reorganizations, securities transactions, corporate and securities compliance, and private equity transactions. He is also regularly involved in providing legal advice on general corporate and commercial transactions. He joined Ormston List Frawley LLP after articling with the firm.

Daniel completed his law degree in French at the University of Ottawa and was a member of the Dean’s Honour List. Before embarking on his legal career in Canada, Daniel was a lawyer and tenured professor at a prestigious Romanian university.

Daniel is fluent in English, French and Romanian.
